Departure Viewer Product Features

The Departure Viewer frees you and your staff from spending your valuable time answering the same questions over and over again.

"What load am I on?"
"When is my load supposed to leave?"
"Who is on that load?"

Answering those questions without your involvement is what the Departure Viewer does. Just think how much time and frustration you can save.

You can pick up the video output from the computer that is displaying the departures and "pipe" it to television sets located in key areas around your drop zone.

Just like everything else in the JumpRun! suite, there must be options so that drop zones do not have to agree on how departures should be shown. These options accommodate most of the requests from our customers.

    • Display Font and Background.
Allows you to tune the display to best suit your visual needs.
    • Manifest Status.
Most drop zones do not want to show loads that have already departed but you can if you like.
    • Time options.
Departure times can be shown 24-hour time or minutes until departure. In addition, you can choose to hide loads that are supposed to be already departed but have not been marked as departed.
    • Drop zone graphic.
You can choose a small graphic to be displayed at the bottom of the departures.
    • Drop zone message.
You can enter messages to your customers in a Rich Text File (RTF) and choose to scroll that message throughout the day so all of your customers will see it.
    • Scroll rate.
For larger aircraft, there may be so many people on a load that they cannot all be displayed at one time. This option allows you to adjust the scroll rate of the people on the load.
    • Data refresh rate.
The number of columns and rows that the program will have to scroll through depends upon how many loads you choose to show. The number of loads depends upon how busy the drop zone is. Therefore you need to have a way to express how often the program should look for new data. If you did not have a way to express the refresh rate, the program may never finish showing all of the loads before it starts over again when the data is refreshed.
    • Team names.
Allows you to specify whether or not you want to display team names with the loads.
