When you purchase a product you get thirty (30) days of free telephone support to help you get started using the software. Drop zones outside of North America get 40 days free support to allow for shipping time.

After that you can choose to purchase subscription support plan or pay as you go with per-incident support.

If you happen to uncover a bug, we charge you absolutely nothing.

Subscription support
Support Subscriptions allow you 90 minutes of telephone support per month. The monthly rate is only $36 which is less than half of what you would pay on a per-incident basis.

Per-incident support
Per-incident support is provided at $2.00 per minute from our support line (360) 496-5272. There is a minimum charge of $15 per call. Keep in mind that we are on the Pacific US time. If you want to arrange an appointment for telephone support due to time zone differences, send E-mail to support@dztools.com.
